Drug Charges Dismissed & Probation for Multiple Felonies
30 April 2019 | Battery, Case Results, Drug Charges, Felony Charges, OWI,
A 28-year-old restaurant worker enlisted attorney Sean Hessler on two separate occasions, each with impressive results. In the first case, he was charged with a misdemeanor for possession of a synthetic drug, a misdemeanor OWI, a misdemeanor for driving on a suspended license, and a B misdemeanor for operating a vehicle never having received a license. With the help of attorney Hessler, he admitted to the OWI charge and only received a year of probation.
However, during his probation, he was caught up in another investigation which led to an altercation with officers. As a result, he was charged with a Level 2 felony for dealing methamphetamine, Level 5 battery on a police officer, Level 4 possession of methamphetamine, and a misdemeanor for possession of a synthetic drug. This was all in addition to his probation violation.
With considerable felony experience, Sean Hessler thoroughly investigated his client’s case and negotiated to have all of the dealing and possession charges dismissed in addition to closing out his original probation. With these removed, he dealt with the remaining offenses through a new two-year term of probation.
The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
