Domestic Violence Case Dismissed for 54-Year-Old

A 54-year-old factory worker was charged with A misdemeanor domestic violence and faced up to a year in custody. Apparently, he was arguing with his wife, and some observers called the police. In the police report, his wife stated that he pushed her over a chair. However, when Hessler Law investigated, her statement was different and it was evident that his client had been drinking. After aggressive negotiations by attorney Sean Hessler, the case will ultimately be dismissed after his client undergoes an alcohol diversion program.
