Felony Domestic Violence Charge Dismissed

A 38-year-old warehouse worker was recently charged with a Level 6 felony of domestic violence in front of a child, which exposed him to up to three years in prison. While the victim initially stated that he pushed her down, when attorney Hessler questioned her under oath, she changed her story, and the case was dismissed.
