A 19-year-old student was charged with Level six felony theft after allegedly breaking into a car and stealing. This exposed him to up to two and a half years in prison. Fortunately, Indianapolis theft attorney Sean Hessler discovered that he wasn’t caught in the act, and the amount allegedly taken had to be proven to be more than $750. Attorney Sean Hessler knew that the prosecutor would have a hard time making the necessary legal argument, and negotiated for a no-term diversion. As a result, his client paid $300, and the case was dismissed.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
