The skilled Indianapolis juvenile defense lawyers with Hessler Law PC recently assisted a 16-year-old, whose impetuous decision to climb onto the roof of a local business led to criminal trespassing and criminal mischief charges. With no previous criminal record, attorney Sean Hessler did not want to see these juvenile offenses negatively impacting the young man’s future opportunities. Therefore, he began negotiating with the juvenile court. Since attorney Hessler was able to show that his client was not responsible for some damage caused during the incident, the criminal mischief charge was dismissed. To address the trespassing charge, Hessler successfully arraigned for a term of probation, which is open to review to show the young man’s progress. The young man was very happy to move on from this experience, having learned a valuable lesson.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
