Not long ago, a 34-year-old customer service representative was charged with a Level 6 felony for theft. She allegedly altered a money order that came into work and deposited it into her account. There was sufficient video evidence, and she faced two and a half years in jail. Attorney Hessler fought for his client, and since she had never been in trouble with the law before, he convinced the judge to lessen her charge to a misdemeanor with one year of probation.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
