Level 6 Felony Theft Charge Results in Misdemeanor

Not long ago, a 34-year-old customer service representative was charged with a Level 6 felony for theft. She allegedly altered a money order that came into work and deposited it into her account. There was sufficient video evidence, and she faced two and a half years in jail.
