Recently, a 32-year-old previous client contacted Hessler Law when he once again ran into a very serious situation that had the potential to send him to prison for a very long time. Evidently, the man was serving a four-year house arrest sentence, but was having a hard time adjusting and after only a few months, cut the monitoring device and left. To deal with the aftermath of violating the terms of his release, he contacted veteran Indianapolis criminal defense lawyer Sean Hessler, who immediately began working to protect his client. While this was an extremely serious offense with little room for debate, attorney Hessler passionately argued on behalf of his client and successfully negotiated with the Department of Corrections and the prosecution to allow the man to resume house arrest, saving him from four years in prison.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
