A 27-year-old barber was charged with Level Five possession of cocaine, Level Five possession of a handgun by a felon, and a misdemeanor for driving while suspended. He committed a traffic violation, and when he was pulled over, the police found the cocaine and a gun. This is a serious offense, so he knew he needed a strong defense. He retained lawyer Sean Hessler who arranged to have the other offenses dismissed and a single reduced gun offense for probation.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
