A 26-year-old customer service representative needed a criminal defense attorney for two separate cases in two different courts. The first case was for a speeding ticket that was escalated to a Level six felony as a habitual traffic violator. This was the man’s fourth such offense and significantly increased the possible penalties. Ultimately, Sean Hessler talked to the police and negotiated a plea for his client to serve 180 days of home detention.

For the second case, the man was charged with driving while suspended during his home detention. As a misdemeanor, he faced a probation violation and another 180 days of home detention. However, attorney Hessler negotiated for time served for the violation and he was allowed to continue his home detention sentence.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
