When two people driving through Indiana from California were pulled over, the police smelled marijuana and searched the vehicle. Both individuals were subsequently charged with a misdemeanor B possession of marijuana and knew they needed a criminal defense lawyer. Attorney Sean Hessler represented both of them and negotiated for each client to resolve the matter through diversion and a $300 fine.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
